The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff here aren't very helpful. They hardly ever follow up with you if you report any issues. Also their empathy skills are severely lacking. It's very hard to get a live person on the phone. I always get their voicemail which, again, they never call you back when you leave a voicemail. Renter beware.

Good Apartment But BEWARE of the Extra Fees Avington Park At Fossil Creek is located in a convenient location with access to so many things. The apartments themselves are in good condition and maintained well. This complex used to be two separate apartment communities but was combined into one in 2016-2017. One side has freshly renovated apartments (buildings 11-19) where the rent is a little higher and the other side is a little older but prices run lower.
