Staff is very... (Verified Renter) Staff is very nice but seems like they tell you what you want to hear. The outside of the apartments and landscape is kept up very well. From my experience maintenance doesnt do a good job. One of the pools is very nice. The other pool and fitness center have yet to open up.

My husband and... (Verified Renter) My husband and I moved in to Avington Park apartments about a month ago. We love it! the apartment is beautiful and we love all of the ammenities. Office staff are very friendly and were able to resolve a couple of isues we had very quickly. Definitely recommend to live here.
