Awesome Place to Stay I stayed at Cortland Bermuda Lake for over a year, and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From day one, I have been impressed. I arrived to a clean and shiny apartment. The maintenance guys were always on top of their requests. All in all, I don't have a single complaint but tons of praise! Also, a special shoutout to Alisha, she helped me with everything I needed and accommodated all my selfish requests! Loved it here. :)

Verified Renter Living at Cortland Bermuda Lake has been a positive experience. The community is peaceful and safe. The price is generally reasonable and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Any non-urgent issues that are needing to be resolved are dealt with within 24-48 hours typically. The main con is the fact that parking can be hard to get some days. They have been cordial and accommodating with every request or question we have had while we have lived here. We had to switch apartments to increase in size and they more than helpful. Verified Renter The apartment is fine -- Wish there was better parking options, and wish the hallways/shared spaces were kept up more. There are so many other apartments downtown that we are unsure if we will renew.

Verified Renter The complex has many pets, and I assume some pet owners help clean up after their dogs. However, at night, some pet owners allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the complex, especially in the grill areas and near the trash bin, and they often leave the waste behind.
