I am comfortable... (Verified Renter) I am comfortable walking my dog early morning or after dark. Avington Park is well lit. The apt has two additional outside storage closets and a very nice balcony. Lots of construction goin on at this time and we've been well informed. Excited to see the new pools and fitness room.

Not trustworthy Staff will tell you what you want to hear and mislead you even when ask questions point blank. Do not lease here. You will regret it

Absolutely love living... (Verified Renter) Absolutely love living here! We have lived here for 8 months it has been the best apartment experience. The building architecture is nice and the landscaping is beautiful. Management and staff are friendly and helpful. We have had bad experiences with management at other apartments, and I cannot stress enough how great this team at Avington is. There is plenty of parking, even when groups of friends come over. Dog barks none stop nothing done about it!! I've lived at Avington Park for 3 yrs and have had no problem with two of my adjoining neighbors. However, the neighbor under me has a dog that barks from 7am-up until 10pm sometimes. It barks on the weekends and is left overnight sometimes. I have called the office several times and no one calls me back. These are not cheap apartments. They are doing a lot to upgrade but what's the point of renting an upgraded apartment when you have no peace to live in it. Find another complex an... read more

Customer service questionable Looking for an apartment I called and made an appointment to do a walk through on a 2b 1br unit. Got here at 12:50, appointment scheduled for 1pm. The front office door is locked so I called and no answer. I waited until 15 past 1 before giving up and moving on to the next place I have scheduled to see. Not sure why you would make an appointment with me if you don't intend to be there.
Ms. Everitt Great Location, close to shopping and dining. Beautifully appointed with great amenities. An extremely helpful staff.
