When we first... (Verified Renter) When we first moved here we were very excited to hear about the new upgrades and renovations. We still love the office staff and maintenance people. The property has rapidly gone down hill as the rent goes up. Residence are not held accountable for their lack of respect for the property and other residence. The contract people...incompetent.

I came home on three occasions within a week's time to find someone else parked in my space. Nevertheless, I was livid. The manager was out of town, so I spoke to the assistant manager, Lexi. I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in Avington Park for 5 months and have an apt on the 2nd floor. My area is not noisy and their are children and pets above me and beside me. The property is pet friendly, maintenance will stop and chat and I absolutely love the apt that I call home.
