The grounds are immaculate, the pools are resort worthy, the residents are friendly and respectful. The staff is diligent, friendly and work hard to make this a great place to live. THUMBS UP!

My husband and... (Verified Renter) My husband and I love this location! For it being right off the highway and next to a golf course it not noisy at all, we love the layouts as well. Definitely recommend this to ones looking for something close to the city but wanting peace.
I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been a resident of Avington Park for 4 1/2 years now, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. I was very apprehensive about living in an apartment, as most of my life I have owned a home. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how dedicated the office staff and maintenance crew were in providing a safe and quiet neighborhood to live in. Many apartments say they can do that, but most fail. I would highly recommend Avington Park to anyone, single or a family.

Cortland is trash Lived here for 15 months. In our experience Cortland, the management company is good for nothing but lies and deception. We were told valet trash, fitness center and a nearby pool would all be opened within a few months of moving in. We just moved out 15 months later and the only thing they made good on was the fitness center than opened on month 10 of our lease and quite frankly is lackluster. How can I... (Verified Renter) How can I say this without people being skeptical of my motives? I am not in any way related to the office and maintenance staff, but I really want to recommend this apartment complex. The landscaping is beautiful, and my one-bedroom apartment has alot of space and is very clean and pest-free. Plus it comes with a very big individual locked storage closet right next to my apartment. The swimming pool and the fitness room are awesome! The neighbors are quiet and nice.
