Verified Renter Maintenance service here is always first-class. Every person I've come in contact with is extremely friendly, helpful, prompt, and efficient. For the most part everything in the apartment always works, but the few times I've needed something (like a new air filter or light bulbs), it gets addressed right away.
Verified Renter The lease pricing is over-inflated. I know it's an apartment but it seems like in the last couple years the quality of character in the residents they allow to move in as lowered. You see this with the level of noise residents make now in their apartments and at apartment public spaces and the damage they cause. I can't in good conscience recommend this apartment complex.
