Love the pool! and fitness center. Close to any & everything we want to do or go. Close to work. The amenities are super great and we enjoy them. Verified Renter Cortland is a great place! It is really quiet . That could be because I live in the back but then there is also a sense of home people are walking dogs, and kids are playing out. It's a very hidden community as well which I think cuts down on criminal mischief. But I love it my unit is so beautiful and spacious with upgraded appliances.For a reasonable price
Verified Renter Rent is to high for what you get now. Pre covid this community was great, but management team has done a bad job keeping things up. Roaches are bad, alarms for the fire control room always are beeping, neighbors always party, loud cars always drive by in the community, and neighbors are rude.
