Verified Renter The property has nice views, and maintence is always quick and very nice. The amenities break a lot and so do the entrance gates that protect the tenants, the portal is hard to use and miss talking with a customer service rep for maintence calls instead of the portal. Roaches are an issue you see them in the hallways and no pest control is ever seen spraying outside so to stop the roach issues.

Run by a greedy company that nickel & dimes you Cortland Fossil Creek is run by a greedy company that nickel & dimes you for everything. I’ve been here for several years, always paying my rent on time and not causing any issues, and they started this greed initiative recently. Now they’re also increasing my rent, and others as well, by 17% at least. They’re not building any new facilities or remodeling anything here so they don’t NEED to do this. Verified Renter I love living here! The whole community is well lit, especially the breezeways at night. I feel very safe. All the grounds are maintained very well, everything is kept clean and beautiful. My apartment is laid out very well, it feels open and there is alot of natural light. The service is fantastic, very prompt and professional. I haven't used the fitness room or pools since Covid, but I hope to again soon because they are really nice.
Verified Renter My husband & I have lived here for 4 yrs & we have made this our home. It is the perfect space & set-up, convenient location to any shopping, restaurants, entertainment, work. The amenities are great! Fabulous pool! 2 of them! Awesome fitness center! This Community is well taken care of, gated & safe place to live. We have a great Manager & team and the maintenance team are very efficient. Residents here are super nice and are great neighbors. Everything is taken care of for us, all we have to do is...enjoy!!
