Verified Renter This community is the best experience I have had with an apartment complex. It is safe and clean. I love having my grandkids come over! There is plenty of room in my 2Bed/2bath apartment. My sons say that it feels like a house. The front office is also professional and friendly.

Verified Renter Cortland is great! Almost lived here for a year I really love the neighborhood its soooo quiet. Sometimes I forget I have neighbors. The property is so well kept and the trash pick up service is so convenient and easy. Also the management staff is very nice and helpful. All the Cortland properties areso beautiful! Definitely consider here a place to call home.
