Verified Renter Cortland is great! Almost lived here for a year I really love the neighborhood its soooo quiet. Sometimes I forget I have neighbors. The property is so well kept and the trash pick up service is so convenient and easy. Also the management staff is very nice and helpful. All the Cortland properties areso beautiful! Definitely consider here a place to call home.
