Medardo was so helpful. He came on a Sunday (within 15 minutes of calling maintenance) and fixed my broken garbage disposal, kitchen sink and ice maker in about an hour.

Been here for 3 years. They respond to maintanence request instantly. They have friendly staff all around. Quiet, cozy, and safe neighborhood. Very close to a 24-hour grocery store and Starbucks. I love it.
I can't wait to move out of this building. It's like living in a dorm. People blasting music by the pool, jumping in it at 3am, leaving garbage all over the place... film students always filming in communal spaces. You should be ashamed to charge as much rent as you do and allow this to happen. Stop emailing people and start putting notes on doors so they actually read the complaints.
