Nino! Nino! Nino! Had some bad experiences at first but thanks to Nino I’m back in AVA and in a great apartment! He is extremely helpful and willing to give you his 100%. Really convenient place to move into and great neighbors too. I’m happy I chose them again.
I really appreciate Nino and the staff assisting me with an application process that I have to get for my friends daughter. He made everything very smooth and at ease. Thank you for the time and happy that we have a home for my friends daughter. Very close to NYFA and great location with apartment.

When I come back with a working VISA I would come back to AVA. Great experience and staff and can’t believe I’ll be leaving. Most likely I’ll be back with AVA!!!
AVA really impressed us this week. The maintenance team in particular was phenomenal. When our water heater broke, Carlos and Cesar fixed it immediately and were incredibly kind and easy to work with. Similarly, while my husband and I were on vacation last week, we had a huge package arrive unexpectedly and they accepted it for us and kept it at the AVA offices. When the package wouldn't fit in my husband's car for him to transport it him, Oliver at the offices helped him bring it home. We're very impressed.
