RecommendedPablo came almost immediately to fix our AC that was leaking. The issue was fixed promptly and he was very thorough as well as knowledgeable. Most importantly, we appreciate his friendliness. He deserves some recognition.
Recommendedlove living here. The studio is spacious compared to studios in San Francisco downtown. Moving here is a good choice.

RecommendedRecently moved in with my partner just about a week ago and the process to move in was very seamless. Philip and Raymond were very accommodating and have been helpful since. Despite COVID, amenities have slowly opened up with proper restrictions and this is very refreshing given the length of closure. Looking forward to exploring the fitness center once it’s opened as well as many of the other amenities!

RecommendedWe've just renewed out lease for a 3rd year at AVA. It's a great spot to live given the small community and proximity to the water. The staff here help us out with all our issues quickly, and Mark has been the best in helping us move apartments recently and kept it easy during COVID and the forest fires!

RecommendedWe really like our apartment and the facilities. The apartments are good quality construction. Many have large patios. The building has several great grilling areas. The location is on a beautiful block with a neighborhood park just down the street. Phillip and Raymond in the office are very helpful.

RecommendedMy admin Mark Corpuz is really helpful, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. He offered me to use the printer when I need some paperwork to be done. He also helped me out on an emergency of being locked out at the garage in the morning. The residency is better for Mark's presence.
