Nino Oliver and Romeo are the men for any job over here, they’ve truly been wonderful help and I’m absolutely positive they will help, Anyone else who needs it whether ur issue is small or big, They will get it done in this absolutely stellar establishment.
Nino and everyone and ava have been real helpful with the coastal jump. I still have to trade to a new place but it seem like everything will work out just fine. First Cali spot for hopefully years to come.
Such a lovely community! I've been living here for a year and I'm not gonna move out on my own will. All first hand facilities are located in 2-5 minutes distance, very clean space both inside and outside the buildings. Very lovely neighborhood, friendly and polite. I love living in Ava Burbank just because it simply has everything for a comfortable life. You honestly feel that this space is of your own.

AVA is so far fantastic! The staff are super helpful, and always make sure they can help you. Amanda, Sahar and Oliver are great. The area is convenient with a Vons and Starbucks literally around the corner. The area is safe and super social. The gym has everything necessary for a good workout too.
