RecommendedI recently moved into my apartment at Avalon La Jolla Colony and the experience was phenomenal! The staff was so helpful and kindly made the process smooth and easy. Jordyn and Natasha answered all of my questions and made the move a breeze. Horacio works with maintenance and he was so pleasant and professional when he came by! I couldn’t ask for a better staff and better place to live!

RecommendedIf your wondering where you to live during this awful Viris, check out AvalonBay in Sudbury, MA. I truly believe we have our own separate Paradise . The Office Staff, Maintance, Neighbors, Grounds and Apartments are spectacular. I gave this place a ten 2 years ago, it's still a ten. Join us in having fun and staying safe at Beautiful AvalonBay.

horrible. stay away. lived there two years and nothing but issues. had an apartment in both buildings Avalon and Dobro. 1) water safety issues - brown water 2) constant elevator outages 3) vandalism moved out during the pandemic and continued to pay 3 months rent. then had both the security kept and a bill for cleaning (due to the dirty water sediment- see pic supplied by management). read the other reviews below. this is an ongoing problem and management has proven to be inflexible.
