Love living at Ava! Food truck Thursday has introduced me to some great new food trucks and I love how many community events they do. Nathan and Amanda have been super helpful with everything and the maintenance is always fast when we need something.
AVA Burbank was just what I was looking for: quiet, spacious, and comfortable. In-house and nearby amenities are great. I'm moving for work - but otherwise would have stayed. Thanks, all, for making my time there a positive experience!

Great place with awesome management! Nino was so accomadating and helpful!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to move in!! He went above and beyond for my family and had excellent customer service! I’m the type that always had questions and problems but he was always there to help!

I have been at Ava for a few years and it's been a great place for me and my kids. The office is always helpful and recently Nathan was excellent in helping me. I also have to say the maintenance staff is top notch. Caesar and Carlos and the whole staff is fantastic. Great work and attitude. My son goes to school in Burbank and I plan on staying here!
