Lousy customer service and communication when trying to set up a virtual tour. Never actually got one. Can’t imagine what it would be like to live there if they’re that unresponsive when I’m trying to give them my money.

RecommendedThis is my second experience living at Avalon Fairway Hills. I returned to the community becuase it is one of the best places to live and the pleasant people in the community. The people make the place, not the other way around. With that said, the leasing office staff, Aja, Kyle and others, are attentive to residents needs; and the Mainteance Crew is on point! RecommendedI wanted to really stress to everyone how great all the people that work here are. They are truly the best. I have lived here for 3-4 years now and have been treated like a king. LOL For example, this last time I had a number of things at the apartment to be looked at. I put them off because of the pandemic but finally decided I had better get them done. RecommendedI have been here at Ava since it opened/ it will be six years in Oct/ every one here at the leasing office right up to the crew/they r wonderful/ always there with a smile when u need them/ The girls r always pleasant and helpful/ will take time to chat with u/ very caring all the time/ and all the boys in the crew are fantastic also/ always there for u no matter what/ it is like a family/all I can say is it is a very good place to live/ great great staff/ love all of them/the cleaners are great too!

The building complex is brand new, conveniantly located to shops, cafes, train station, and highway, providing access to either central SF or South Bay.
