Do not move in! We have only lived here for 2 MONTHS. We had car break in's on 08/02/20. They broke the windows to several vehicles. There is no proper security in place. We have ran into a drunk man peeing on the lobby couch to homeless men sleeping in the lobby. The glass door at the lobby never properly closes. We also had an ongoing issue where several men manipulated the entrance at Gothard and where coming and going. That door remained unlocked for several days. He's always had our back even after hours. Comes in and takes care of any issues quick and efficient. Both Patricia and Geoffrey are truly an asset to Avalon.
RecommendedThe team at the Avalon Shipyard is amazing & just wanted to mention two incredible members of the team - Stephen goes out of his way to make sure the grounds are spotless and the pool sparkling. On top of that, he’s kind and so thoughtful! And, Marie is incredible - she has more energy than anyone I know and also goes out of her way to take care of every public space and keep it spotless. She’s so kind and caring!

Fire alarms almost every week since last 9 months . Avalon has failed to figure out any solution , also refused to work with residents !!
