I did the virtual tour due to relocating from out of state. I was told the apartment I would be renting would be the same as the one from the “tour”, except for the square footage. Well, there were lots if differences in the apartment from the tour and the one I moved into. RecommendedIt is a very clean and cozy residential area. I recommend it with eyes closed, anyone who moves in this residential will have a very good experience.
RecommendedJeff in maintenance is excellent. We had a fan issue and he took care of it right away. Very pleasant and efficient. Trish in the office is always very friendly and professional and gets back to you right away, whenever you need anything.
RecommendedMy roommate and I moved in this week and we are already having a lovely time. Our apartment is adorable with a great view. I was a little worried that the apartment would feel like another AU dorm, however, the building is super homey and frankly quite quiet. The Carmichael and Billy who are just two of the concierges have been absolutely amazing, they have helped with everything from moving in to general information and they couldn't be more lovely. RecommendedI never ended up moving into the apartment I had lined up because we found a house instead. However I wanted to thank Debbie for all her help And quick communication regarding my sudden change of plans. I was extremely impressed with everything from the tour and help with all my questions. I highly recommend the Avalon community!
RecommendedBrian on the maintenance team is wonderful. My parents are 86&89, have lived here since 2017, it is getting much more challenging to help them with their wishes to age at home, Financially and safety reasons. However, Brian has been extremely helpful with thinking outside the box to help maintain my parents safety and security.

RecommendedI have lived at Avalon Wilshire for over 2 years now and I by far Carlos Marquez is the best employee they have. Very efficient and extremely polite. He is an essential person of the Avalon family.
RecommendedFriendly staff with excellent customer service. Victoria from the leasing office is very sweet and accommodating. Oscar from maintenance has fixed most of my apartment issues, always with great service and in a timely fashion. Nick and Mike from back office have my renewal experience smooth and stress-free. Washer and dryer could use some work.
