Service are good and friendly. They're doing wonderful job helping others. The only issue is even if I park at the street, I won't be impounded. These guys call the towing company to tow my car so fast without even notifying or warning me. Yes, sometimes we make mistake, parking at the wrong spot. But why the fuck to you didn't even notify me? I believe they have records when my car was towed two weeks ago. Anyway, 2 days after, I find my car was towed.
I absolutely love living at AVA. The staff really makes the huge complex feel like a community. I love all the events; they always end up being a lot of fun and allow us to link with cool people in the building. Definitely resigning my lease
Nino was really helpful and accommodating with my lease and apartment situation. Definitely made the process very easy and smooth!
I have loved my time living at Ava! The leasing office staff is amazing and so helpful. I feel like I can email Nino at any time and he always does his best to accommodate. They also have started putting together community events like Mimosa Days which really help the large complex feel like a community. The apartments are spacious and pet friendly. I love the colored walls and chalkboard, it adds a creative touch to the units.
Nino and Crystal are amazing!! They even put up with this homeless guy named Manolo that is always there lol! I also love meeting new people and laughing at all the events they have! Thank you AVA!!!
I love the social events they give us the opportunity to socialize with our community, nino, Crystal, sahar, Nathan, and the rest of the staff make it happen thank you for taking the time. Thanks AVA for all the events you doing for us!!!
