There are simply no words strong enough to articulate my disappointment in the Ava Toluca Hills. When I moved in over a year ago it was a completely different place, but slowly the complex turned into a real life nightmare. Management likes to have posts and reviews deleted and taken down, so I hope this can shed some light on the truth. The day-to-day service from everyone here is the best I've ever seen (for instance, Vyonna offered to help us print documents to saved us a trip to UPS/Fedex yesterday). The apartment itself is really nice too - great views, great amenities, and a great experience overall

We do maintenance appointments and we go out to book a hotel and they don’t complete the work. There is a hole in my closet wall humidity and traces of snails all over my carpet. I don’t know what to do now, not one takes responsibility. They just give any excuse. I am really tired, not able to work at office due to COVID my daughters will start online school next Monday, how they expect us to be out the apt for one day and when we do then nothing is fixed.
