Amanda in the front office is AWESOME. Since the very beginning when we started looking at the property through today she has been great to work with, she didn't just try to get us to sign a lease and then disappear. Instead she has always been friendly and professional. She also has been quick to respond and follows through to check up on the resolution. She makes me feel like a valued resident here at AVA and genuinely cares about my well being. She is the best!

Nino has been very helpful, professional, and courteous throughout any issue we had that arose from our duplex. We lived here for 1.5 years and Nino was always on point, quick to help whenever needed. The maintenance staff has also been excellent, working hard to maintain the grounds and provide a beautiful looking community!
