RecommendedThe maintenance staff, and especially John Nutcharoen, are amazing! They recovered a wallet I had dropped, and returned it promptly, and with all of the cash undisturbed! And there was a lot of cash. Very honest and fantastic people!

Steer clear of Eaves Lawrenceville and Avalon. Their executive management team needs to examine issues with bias and policies, plus poor customer service. Was put off by lack of cleanliness of unit and stairwell. Hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere.

RecommendedI'm not sure how to express how accommadating Chevelle was when our move-in was delayed. She deals with demands and impatience and rudeness all day long, but remains so absolutely patient and real. I hope she sees this, because it's from the heart!
