A great wonderful staff with 5 star service. These guys are the best, from the time I've moved in till now they treat me like a rockstar! The staff is almost like having your own personal concierge!

Move in! This place is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. I have my own parking “included in rent”. Best part is the staff. They are very responsive and kind. Nino in leasing was and continues to be amazing! He was very helpful with the proceeds of my move in and he continues to check in with me to ensure my needs are met.
So far I like AVA because it’s good environment and very close to school. I like Nino, Oliver, and Amanda for always being available for questions. Maintenance team has always be prompt to my request. Ava is cool!!!!
I appreciate Amanda for helping find my studio apartment close to new york film academy. She made it very easy to get while out of the country. I want to thank the maintenance manager cesar for helping me make sure i get my keys and apartment is ready. Thank you nino for helping with all my luggages. So far so good �
