They work all hours of the day and night, and Ruel is one of the hardest working and most reliable people I've ever met. He fixed a very complex issue with my heater in one of the newer units just as it was starting to get cold here again. I live here and they suck, they have the weirdest and stupidest rules you can imagine. I rent a parking spot for $450 and me and my wife both drive. I asked the building manager to receive a second key so me and my wife would take turns parking in the spot and they refused. The reason was we do not trust our tenants if we give you a second key you will steal a second parking spot from us!! that is ridiculous being that I am renting a parking spot and not a key! They make you feel like crap, I cannot wait for my lease to end ... read more

RecommendedHuge shout out to Louis and Isabel for being such hardworking, helpful and positive members of the AVA team! They always greet me with a smile and do such a great job keeping the hallways and property clean. Even today I was carrying a bunch of groceries to my apartment and they were kind enough to help me carry my bags!
