I’ve been here over 5 years. And the reviews are mixed. Mostly its a great community to live in. The leasing staff has turned over so many times, and I do miss some of them. But I really want to give a shout out to the maintenance team, especially Luis, Erick, JoJo and Ivan. They are always so kind and do all those nasty jobs with a smile. And that makes living here delightful. Thanks guys!
I recommend Jojo he came and fixed what needed to be done. As well as make sure he did it right. He really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. He was great to be around and I look forward to the next time I see Jojo.
I recommend Jojo, he is always helping fix up all the little problems in my apartment in a timely manner, and he does a great job at it! Also he has a great personality and energy and I am always happy to have him be the one fixing my place. Thanks Jojo for being awesome!
Nino has been really helpful with me to move in my residence. One day I forgot my key and he took the time to drive with me to my apartment and open the door for me. Very nice, I recommend!
JoJo is the man. He's been the one that has always attended to any maintenance issues I've had and gets it done fast and well. Always a pleasure knowing that JoJo is the one who will be helping me.
The office has been super helpful to me, Nino always helps me out when I need anything printed! Very nice people here ❤️
