My fan over my oven went out when I was cooking peppers and I smoked out my apartment! I set up a maintenance appointment and was told that the new part would most likely need to be ordered. I expected to have to wait awhile but Jojo called the very next day and said he had good news! I would be able to cook spicy peppers again. He went above and beyond and looked around and was able to find a new fan! He came right over and was able to install it with no problems. We had an issue with our dishwasher but it was no match for Maintenance Tech Erick. He replaced the motor, got it working and then even helped me with a light fixture. Very efficient, very professional and super nice.

Jojo was very helpful, he came to help with one problem then I asked fro help with another and he was more than happy to help.
Moved in June 2019, leaky roof that has not been fixed after a week of requests being submitted, terrible maintenance and management. Walls are paper thin, termite issues, maintenance doesn't fix anything unless you submit a request 2 to 3 times. It is worst than pulling teeth and communication does not exist. very disappointed, definitely do not recommend this place. Besides Romeo in the front office everyone else has been anything but helpful.
