Avalon apartments have been highly recommended, however left us ever so disappointed with their lack of urgency in responding to neighbor’s sewage coming up from bathtub and toilet for 2.5 days, a stove top that short circuits if you use one too many burners and living on the first floor you are subject to ice cold floors during the winter months from the cold radiating from garage underneath and drafts coming from the single pane windows. RecommendedI live here currently. I love the location and today had an issue with the washer and dryer. Given that it was a day off for most people we still had a wonderful gentleman Mr. Rodney who came by and fixed the issue.

We looked at a few communities in the area but nothing beats APJ's location - close to Rt 1 & Rt 130, downtown Princeton, and the Princeton Junction train station. Kathryn Koutsouradis, one of the community consultants on-time, was extremely helpful to get us to tour some of the apartments on such short notice. RecommendedAvalon Dublin Station offers a modern apartment layout in a well maintained building complex. The staff on-site are incredibly helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. One staff member in particular, Kenny Jones definitely stood out to me during my time here as a new resident. This associate puts in the extra effort and energy to ask how I am doing and answer any questions that I might have. It is people like Kenny, that truly add to the experience here at Avalon.
