RecommendedMaintenance Supervisor, Jojo was fabulous! He came over on the request of only two things to be done but when we brought up other problems we were having he happily fixed them all! He is very charismatic and a pleasure to have in the apartment!

Jojo came in to help us with our air-conditioning unit when it stopped working in this super hot weather. He was sooo nice and very helpful. He made sure he did all he could to help us get some cool air back into our apartment! Even my dog was thrilled to see him! Thank you Jojo!

Jojo came in this morning in response to a maintenance call my roommate and I filed about the pipes and drains in our kitchen sink. Not only did he do an excellent job at fixing the sink, but he was super friendly. I get super uncomfortable with strangers in my home, so I don’t generally talk to whoever comes for the maintenance call; however, he was super courteous and friendly and made the whole experience not only productive, but comfortable as well. Nino is a master, any problem you have he will resolve it, truly a great place to live, all the staff is great, it's an amazing option for students.

JoJo came in to work on the bathtub because the drain was clogged and was super friendly and helpful! Soooo nice and did a great job. Even the next day when I was still having issues he came back and fixed it and left a note on my door for when I came home. Thanks again!!
I recently have service done by Ivan one of the maintenance techs. He is really nice and always comes with a smile on his face and he gets the job done quickly and safely.
