First and last time I will visit this dealer. Took car in for service was told I'd be notified when finished. I was also told that shuttle service ended at 6 p.m. Half past five rolls around no contact, I call them to be told yes the car is finished however shuttle service ends at 5 and there is no shuttle available for me. So I am stuck 10 miles away at work which is 40 miles away from my home without a vehicle and needing to get to the dealership by 7 when they close. I had the best car purchase experience ever. I did an online inquiry and the salesperson responded within minutes of my inquiry. I went to the showroom and my purchase was finalized within a couple of hours after my arrival at the site. The amazing thing was, I was issued a permanent tag on the spot. The service I had was excellent and my salesperson was the best!!!

I was in yesterday to have my oil changed and routine maintenance check on my 2013 Prius. I met with Jose Rivera, Service Advisor for a 9:00 appointment. He took me right away and didn't make me wait even 1 minute. He is very friendly and professional. He quoted me 1 hour time frame but it only took about 45 minutes. They only changed the oil & he said the car did not need any other maintenance done. I really appreciated his honesty and warm personality.
