Terrible/non-existent customer service and lack of information. Gary the finance manager makes empty promises and does not follow through. Don't expect them to answer phone calls or call you back. I was even told that the poor customer service was due to working too many hours and it being the end of the month. When I decided that I was going to finance through my own bank, they got angry with me because they were not making any money off me.
