Just bought new vehicle and was up charged $600 for floor mats and tint. We felt price still ok and had to get tint anyway. We went to their store for the work they do in regards to breast cancer. We received the vehicle no tint and called to have them put on the car. They reneged. Tint is a must with my wife's lupus and breast cancer. This dealership is a joke and extremely disingenuous. My wife and I have bought the last Camry 2018. We went to Autonation recommended by a friend, since we arrived the attention we received has been very good, explaining in detail all the goodness of each of the models. My wife and I were thinking about buying a Corolla but then seeing all the goodness and the facilities we were offered we opted for this Camry 2018 model that we think is very good in all safety functions and also in the new design.
We bought a 2017 RAV4 from Autonation Toyota Weston over Labor Day weekend. We had a 2005 Toyota Highlander which worked perfectly fine but thought the safety features on the new Toyota's would be a good thing to have. Our Sales Consultant, Eugene Zvergzdys was extremely good in helping us find what we wanted and Gary Siegel, Finance Manager, was knowledgeable and efficient in completing the deal. The collision part was nice. The Manager was extremely rude! I will NEVER go back there again. After spending 2500 in collision they want to charge 70 for an oil change! I bough the car new at Deerfield Toyota. They charge 20. They even have a price match coupon. When I inquired they said no way we won't do it for that low. Real smart, I am telling everyone not to go there! They lost a customer and many more for that and oh so much more. The only reason I am giving them a 2 is because Ilina in collision was nice.
