Jose Rivera (Service Advisor) was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and kept me well informed. I never had to contact him first or follow up with him - -this is a rarity these days ! Highly recommend Jose !!
worst customer service. They do not keep their word and after 3 years still trying to work it out with them, they lie, cheat and forge paperwork. I have always been a toyota driver and after dealing with them I will not touch anotehr toyota.. ever.... stay away

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE...I wish I would have done my due diligence and found this FB autonation Page before making contact with this less than stellar establishment. There's a standard that all car sales companies should live by and I can assure you this autonation falls short. From my experience I would call this more of a low class car lot. Really bad experience today came in for a truck I saw online checked it out salesman was very short with me and my wife made it not exciting then I drove it asked a few questions he had no idea then I said how long to appraise my truck he said a few minutes ended up sitting there alone 45 minutes for a number he did not communicate with us talk with us just left us alone my sizzle for the truck and dealer started running low so I had to find him and approach him to find out what's going on so I told him I had to go so he sai... read more
