I bought a Audi Q7 from Autonation Toyota in Weston . Initially the cars sales man his name is eddy told us that the car would have free oil change for 2yrs in reality the car only had 2 oil changes that could be done in 2yrs. Yes seriously ... Then I decided to pay for the oil change after having an appointment for 10am I waited until 3pm for them to tell me that they had to order the part & that I would have to wait until 4:00 that’s a total of 6 hrs for an appointment I made . I took first time my car and gentleman Jose took care of my car and was well explained abt the problem and was right way fixed. I hate to go to dealership but this experience gained my confidence.
Bought a 2018 Tundra on January 31, 2018 and the next day the ‘ check engine’ light came on . It only had 40 miles on it. Took it back that day ( Feb 1) and today Feb 2, I’be been waiting 3 hours just to hear from them . Not a good experience.
We took our Land Cruiser in for new tires last month and were very pleased with the service and price. We returned this month for an oil change and routine maintenance and couldn’t have been more pleased again with price and service we received from Al Corrales. He responds to our calls, answers our questions and goes above and beyond our expectations to ensure that our car is taken care of without causing too much disruption to our schedules and wallet.
