I came to AutoNation Toyota Weston after I had an accident and my Toyota Tacoma was totaled. I wanted a Tacoma with an upgrade of an extended cab. The salesman Marco found a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. Marco worked very hard to get me this truck for the monthly payment that I could afford. I ended up leasing and Marco and Jennifer the finance person explained me the leasing process very well and honestly. I'm happy with the truck and I had a good experience with both Marco and Jennifer.
This was the best service experienciE I have ever had. Took my appt on time ..very professional service agents (Luis and Louis) totally will come back
People are very friendly. Took it in for a problem with the radio service tech. Told me about a recall my truck had. They took care of it all in one day. Luv it.
On 12/24/2017 at 12:30 my wife and my self-visit your Toyota dealer at Weston after going thru the whole process. I was introduced to the manager, the wrong person to do business very rude, a person without any education, The personal appearances of this gentleman does not seem like a professional representing a company of this magnitude. Worst place to make a deal with. Bought a new Toyota and 3 months later I'm still having issues with them. I made a deal with the director of finance Gary Segal and he did not deliver his end of the deal now a I have a company they make business with calling me everyday. After numerous of calls and emails nothing has been resolved, all they do is to pass it on and blame someone else for their lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility. Everyone rushed me out the door with my purchase which I WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING due to the late hours but because of it there were some errors that I'm paying for now. I've visit the dealership twice after my purchase to pick up my tags that were NOT EVEN READY and everyone had different stories. I've ask them to mail me my tags due to the inconveniences they've caused me with multiple visits and the distance but they said NO. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm very upset.
Was happy until they stopped washing car at service appointments. The worst part was the answer . I was told the service got to popular. So they stopped washing cars . I guess now it's off to Jiffy Lube why spend more for the same exact service . Why would you punish customers ?
