I have always had great experience with the service department. I never have to wait long when my car is being worked on. The Service Advisors and Technicians are always extremely professional. My car problems are always solved when I leave there. I have never had my car come out with grease or dirty finger prints like it has with other repair shops. I will not go to any other place to have my car worked on.
Last December I made an earlier lease return and I was offer a deal that so far hasn't been honored. I've been calling Omar (Sales person) and Victor (Sales Manager). Both of them promised they will take care of the issue but TWO MONTHS later there is no solution. I keep receiving letters asking for the Financial company and there is no way I can get a call back or a final solution. I feel like one they have their sales/lease goal you as a customer are not important any more. I keep waiting for an answer.
I’m writing this review about the service department, I’ve been going there for years, always been happy with the service department but lately that place tuned to a very unprofessional place, starting with the struggle to get an appointment, felling more like a privilege than a service. I went for a routine service and they did a very good job. They did not keep me waiting too long.
I purchased my 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE on December 27, 2017. The person that I was dealing with was David Miller. He was a very knowledgeable man on this car. Before I left the dealership David went through all the electronics of the car and even sinched my cell phone with the car computer so I can answer through the switch on the steering wheel. My husband and myself visited AutoNation Toyota Weston on December 30, 2017 and purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry LE from Sammy Levi. We have never ever liked buying a car because the sales people are always very pushy which we hate. Sammy was an extremely nice sales person. He showed us our options and we made the decision on what we wanted without him pressuring us.
