Our experience was awful!! The employees seemed really nice and helpful at first. We test drove the vehicle and it was on empty. So when we signed the papers for the vehicle they said they were going to "clean it and put gas in it." 45 mins later, we are still waiting so we tell them we are running to the store. 5 mins after we leave, they call and tell us the vehicle ran out of gas and something is messed up now.
