I have a Toyota dealership next to my home, but prefer the long drive to go to this dealership because of their great customer service.
I purchase a Ford F-150 a couple of months ago from this location ! I regret it every day ! Not because of my truck but because of the horrible customer service! I still have not received my hard tag for my truck . I was given a paper tag that has now expired! I have called multiple times only to get either rushed off the phone or told a lie ! Very disappointed with service. Wasted three hours at the store today. I made it clear from the get go that I would only go through the sales paperwork process if the vehicle I wanted would be available today. Despite the numerous promises and assurances of this, after all paperwork was completed, the General Sales Manager comes in to tell me that "unfortunately the vehicle will only be available for collection on Monday" Unacceptable!!. Firstly I wouldn't recommend anybody go here for anything, wether service or to buy a car! I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from here in January 2015, the car was driving great at first. After about 6 months of owning the car I started to hear a clunk noise, so I took it to Autonation Weston to have them check it out. After waiting for about two hours they told me that my axle was bad and that it was covered under the extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the car.
