A very pleasant experience. I found the car I was looking for after several days of looking on the internet. I was corresponding with Sebastian before I arrived at the dealership.When I met him, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Victor Llanos is a great Service Rep! I have been taking both of my aging Toyotas for service for years and he is always very helpful making sure I get the most out of my service plans and recalls. He is polite and efficient and gets my cars in and out of the shop fast.
We are totally in love with our new Highlander. The deal, the financing, the sales were the easiest the we have ever had. Maria, the salesperson and Mike the sales manager are to be commended for their time and efforts. I highly recommend that these are the people to talk to. We had to order our car and it took about 6 weeks but Maria kept us in the loop and made sure that no one else could drive the car upon arrival. We have had many cars in the past along with a RAV4 and this by far is the nicest of all of them.
Frank Cabrera was great. Very easy to work with. The only thing I'd say about the company is faster in and out time. Better technology, to much paper and writing. Otherwise the place is clean and very efficient.
