I wouldn’t recommend buying their service package, and seeing that they are very unprofessional thieves in that department, makes me think they wouldn’t be much good in any other department, I’ve been to 3 services so far, 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 miles, each time I go things seem to get worse, waiting over 4 hours for a tire rotation makes no sense to me, on this last service they left their trash in the truck, stoled my AirPods, forgot to replace a hubcap on passenger side tire, I attempt to give the benefit of the doubt,... read more
I asked the tech not to move the drivers seat , because I have plexiglass right behind the seats and the tech reinsured me that they wouldn’t , due to the COVID-19. When I received my van back the seat was pulled back and the plexiglass had to be reinstalled. I was lucky that they didn’t break it , it was special ordered to fit exactly to the space behind the seats.
RecommendedI bought my last two cars at this dealership and find the people to be extraordinarily kind and helpful. All repair and maintenance work have been handled safely and efficiently all thanks to my intake person David Shuerman. He has taken time and energy to see that my car has been taken care of as well as keeping me informed of the progress. Overall a wonderful experience.
Went in for service and it’s great service usual drove it in talked to my ref Ivan waited 1 hour and drove off.

Do NOT buy a warranty from them! I paid 10,000 cash for my car, and I then paid an additional $3,000 for the warranty. I had three issues that were wrong when I brought it in, and the “warranty” covered NONE of them! It was a total waste of my money and time. Not helpful at all!
Bought two cars here and have continued to go to for service. Always attentive and efficient, very positive experiences.
We didn’t had a nice experience the last time we we’re there.We brought our Rav4 2020 for I thought a quick fixed(just a grab handle)We had a 3pm appointment but went there 30 mins.They assist us right away and told us that it will be ready by 430pm(So it’s gonna be a 2 hours wait)We just patiently waited and time comes,I saw a maintenance pulled our car,went there ask the guy if it’s ok now and he said it’s good to go.I asked if do I need to signed paperworks and he said no so we just went to our car and ready to go.Since o... read more
