DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE AFTER THE COMPLIMENTARY 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANGE. SO I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WILL CALL BACK TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I REALIZED I HAVE AN EXTENDED 3 FREE OIL CHANGE “RECEIPT” UNTIL 2023 THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A PEACE OFFERING FROM THE RUDEST PERSON IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT, JOHNNY, WHO TRICKED ME WITH THE CONTRACT WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR BACK IN 2018. ... read more

This is the best Dealership/Service I have had in ages. My appointment was early and soon so my recall work could get done. One part was not in so I will return, but am confident that Teddy will get me in ASAP and do a great job. Even the car wash was great! Thank you Toyota (AutoNation).

Highly recommended! We enjoyed the entire car buying experience. They didn't low-ball our 104k mile trade-in like other dealers did. Price for the new car was reasonable, they even showed us the invoice pricing. Many other dealers hide that, as if some sort of trade secret. Will definitely return when it's time to trade the wife's car in.

Went to buy my new car last week, I would say they provided me a super 5 star customer service, professional, friendly and passionate. It took us about 5 hours total to get it all done, and their sales person Mr.Katsuya Kanezaki ( he goes by KK), was so patient and he went through every detail with us. Cant appreciate more. Thank you KK! Btw, the car I bought was a used car, and the price was the best!
My husband and I started going here because we assumed a Toyota dealership would give us the best service for our Toyotas. Each time we've gone, the aggressive sales-pitch mannerisms of their technicians has escalated. The straw that broke the camels back was when we took my husbands car in last weekend. They went back on the written deal made. Other Toyota dealerships in the area said they would and they did. Do not do business with this dealership.
