A Big Shout out to Tim Phillis. After having poor and or rude service at a couple of other dealerships in the valley, I have found my new Toyota home. Tim researched prior service on my Tundra and told me about services that I need to do in the upcoming future. He also told me about issues that the previous dealership just ignored. Mark was my service manager in the service department. His service was remarkable. I scheduled a appointment to bring my car in thinking I needed a break job and a replacement of my air conditioner blower. After the inspection of both Mark informed me that it was not necessary to replace my brakes at this time. And on top of that much to my amazement the blower did not need replacing.
