The Parts and Service department are really responsive to customer needs. I called to see if Toyota Nation had running boards that would fit my 2020 4Runner. The parts guy said that they did and transferred me to Joey Martinez. I told Joey that I would like to look at what they had the following day and I would come in early. The next morning I met with Joey, he showed me what was available. Then very quickly he got me a loaner car and in a couple of hours the job was done. Right price and right now. Wow. Easy to make an appointment and seervice was done promptly.
Jonathan, my service advisor, was extremely polite and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. I have always received excellent service at AutoNation. Granted I had an 8 am appointment, I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota.
