😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤 I was trying to make an appointment with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas on 08/12/2020 at 8:30 AM for a routine maintenance. I used to go online to make an appointment and found it helpful when the website showed an estimate of the cost. Since they removed that feature, I've been calling for a quote instead. Not knowing what my car needed, I asked the representative to tell me based on my history. Brought in my 2010 Prius on 8/10 as it would not start. Battery change was needed, no issue. Went to pick it up and there was grease stains on the drivers door, camel color fabric. Asked valet for manager or service advisor and of course there is no one available. He then told me to go to Autozone and buy some fabric cleaner and clean it myself. Not Great Customer Service, now Im off to pay for a detail.

I love working with Roy T. — he’s super, very knowledgeable & helpful. I, however, am not happy with the process used to pick up my car once service is completed. I emailed Roy to let him know how disjointed that process is — reminded me of the Keystone Cops.
