I’m very disappointed with your service department. I had a 9:00 appointment this morning for a 20,000-mile service. I arrived about 10 minutes earlier to make sure I would be in and out in a reasonable time. At about 10:40 I found out my truck was still in line and wouldn’t be ready for at least 45 more minutes. I had another appointment at 11:00 so I had to leave without my service being complete. What is the point of having an appointment if it’s not honored? I don't understand the purpose of setting an appointment if it is going to take at 2 hours before service is evening starting on my car and then another hour until it is done. I could understand being a little backed up with it being a Saturday but 3 hours to do an oil change is outrageous. Your company needs to work on it's customer service skills and time management. I recently bought my new Ford F150 at Autonation. My salesman, Xavier J was the best. He explained all the features of the truck as I was test driving one. There was no pressure to hurry and purchase a vehicle. I received great service throughout the purchase process. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
