Very dissatisfied with my service there! I would not recommend this place.
If you are wanting to trade in a 2015 Ford Expedition XLT or any other vehicle do not go here to trade it in they only wanted to give me $19,000 for trade in the Blue Book value on it it's $ 37,000
So far, so good! Service department was been spot on. Only complaint is difficulty locating link to schedule service online. One time did online. Next time could not locate so called in an appointment.
Horrible experience!!!! Can not seem to get anyone to return a call, email or text. Test drove a truck on Friday, wanted to take it to my mechanic to get it checked, gave them a $1000 dollar deposit. Back brakes locked up before I ever got to my mechanic. Took the tow truck 41/2 hours to meet me and pick it up. I am no longer interested in the truck and just want my money returned. I was told that if we found anything wrong with the truck my money would be returned. Next step will be news stations and attorney. It's a shame!... read more

I recently bought my new F150 in Auto Nation, it was a great experience Juan Ponce salesperson had a great customer service attitude. He was very helpful and answer all the questions I had. Over all a give this place 5 starts great service, clean place and very helpfull
Extremely Untrustworthy! I paid for the extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle. Apparently there had been a modification done prior to me buying the truck. When my truck broke the warranty was void due to the modification that was done prior to me getting the truck. When I tried to talk to them about it they said, "you probably modified it yourself after we sold it to you." I think I would remember reprogramming the computer and modifying exhaust pieces! Fast and friendly service... what I love about AutoNation is when they see my truck needs a wash, they give it a quick pressure wash and I appreciate that very much.
