My experience at AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway was the absolute best experience EVER! From our first contact with Rosa Villatoro online through the purchase of our new expedition, our needs and requests were addressed and we were treated with respect by every individual we came in contact with. Zachary Sanderlin, Calvin Neal, and Jose Sanchez made us feel welcome and responded to every question/concern in a professional manner.
Worst experience ever!! purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than a week ago already in for services because all my brakes are worn down almost to bare metal on top of that sales manager said he wouldn't cover that that I had to pay out of pocket but luckily the man in the service department didn't think that was right of him to do so he took care of it for me buyer beware of this place never again purchasing a vehicle from them or any other autonation
Every ounce of my dealings with this place has been nothing short of a fiasco. Bought one vehicle here and will NEVER make that mistake again. From sales to service, this place is a joke.
I have never had a problem with service. My service guy Josh Valdez is excellent and I have been having mt service done there for 3 years.
Horrible customer service in the service department. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER do business here again.
AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT!!!....I took my 2013 F-150 (which I purchased at AutoNation) for it's scheduled oil/filter change on Saturday morning (05/29/16). The service assistance "Joe Lopez" came outside and we walked around my vehicle, he asked me if I kept this truck garaged because it looked brand new, I told him yes I did and I took much pride in keeping my vehicle running and looking good.
