Service department here is horrible. This last time I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I got there I also mentioned that they wouldn't have to worry about rotating the tires, as I was getting new tires put on elsewhere the next day. It still took over two hours to do a simple oil change that didn't even need the tires rotated. I went in to autonation and right off the back i had great service. My sales rep Usualdo Salgado was amazing he new what i wanted ill give him 10 stars if i could becuz he takes care of his costumers and treats you like family. He took care of one of my friend and went above and beyond to find the car he wanted I will definitely send more of my friends and family over. 11 days after signed the documents with 5.19% interest, I received a call asking me to come back to financial office. "I needed to sign more paperwork" After I started signing I asked what was that for. The man told ne that they had a problem with the bank that was financing my car, another bank took over and the interest was higher to 8.59%. My fault, I should have to stay away instead of going back to sign more pasperwork, I have GOOD credit I LIKE MY CAR, JUST HAVE TO PAY IT.
Had a great experience having my 2015 F250 repaired. Should not have problems with a 2&1/2 year old truck but was glad to have it fixed in a timely manner.

Very disappointed with service Dept every time I go there. Seems they can never duplicate the problem so they fix nothing. Also we have rental car coverage and it's a hassle every time to get one and the biggest issue is if you have purchased an extended warranty and you tell them to only fix what's covered under warranty and when you go pick up your vehicle you get charged several other fees plus never received a rental car which is covered under this warranty.
