Customer service here is pathetic How can you'll treat customers so poor
You really don't want to know. Enough said...........
AutoNation has really changed things for the worse. I called to get a service appointment after being told I have an oil leak. I can get the service appointment but cant get a rental car under my extended warranty for two weeks! Great, I would say driving my car for two weeks would not be a good idea. Now I have to pay for the rental myself when it should be covered under my extended warranty!
I took my 2013 Fusion in to get the overheating diagnosed and they replaced all 3 heater hoses, and Radiator Cap along with some other part that had to be replaced. It was pretty expensive, but I had a brand new Fusion to drive as a loaner for about 2 weeks at no charge.. so I was pretty stoked. And they inspected it for me after getting the check engine light to go away. Thank you Heidi Crump! :)

I just bought a new Ford F150 on Monday. I love my new truck. Thank you to my sales rep Luis Delcid. He helped me and my son in law buy not just one, but two trucks last weekend. It was a great experience.
I made an appointment to get my oil change but no bother because it took forever for me to get my oil change. I should have done it myself
