It was easy and got a better financing deal than i would have gotten through a union. What i like was that there was no haggling because I'm not good at it but the vehicle was not expensive nor cheap so it was great. As for car salesman he was cool, ismael. Next time iwant to huy anew car or trade in i know where to go.
I had a really great buying experience here with Burton. Found exactly what I was looking for. Burton went far and beyond to make sure I got the mustang i wanted. I️ appreciated his patience and expertise.
I was there Monday this week for 2 warranty fixes. The mechanic was off. Set an early morning appt for Tuesday telling me it would take 2 1/2 hours. Tuesday I was 30 minutes early, appt for 8:40am. 4 hours I waited, and I had to go to service writer John to find out my vehicle was ready. Totally unsatisfactory, but vehicle not pulled around to the front. Jason (great guy)helped by moving my car to the front. Probably will go to Ron Carter in the future, they know CUSTOMER service.

I had a great experience at Autonation Ford on the Gulf Fwy. No pressure salesmen, no pressure at all. I actually enjoyed the car shopping experience there which usually is torture with the pushy salesmen. I purchased a 2017 Mustang and couldn't be happier. Omar was great, ask for him. Highly recommend!
