This place has horrible customer service. I’m hear for an oil change and no o e even acknowledged that I’m still standing here. I wanted to look for something new but I won’t be doing it here!!
Bought my daughter her first car today and had a great experience. Our salesperson Burt was good. We talked yesterday over the phone about the car and numbers. He emailed over the numbers with the drive out totals. The same day manager Jacob followed up to make sure Burt had answered all our questions. We showed up today car was washed and ready to go. We test drove and then did paperwork. It was a great car buying experience. I recommend Burt and Jacob.

I bought a 2017 F-250 in October of 2017. The truck isn't even 8 months old and the windshield is cracked. There are no chips from a rock or anything and they will not replace it. It should be considered a defective windshield and should be covered in warranty but the service manager told me it was chipped from a rock. There is no chip! I will NEVER EVER buy another vehicle from this dealership nor recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them either. I paid $60,000 for a truck and they can't replace a defective windshield.
The splashdish from my car came off called yesterday they said I was lucky they had the part ask if I can make an appointment to fix my car they said I can come in in the a.m came in 11:30am . 4pm I get a call from them freaking FORD told me they didn’t have the part kept my car since the a.m just called me they don't have the part ��waist of my time.
I found the mustang I was looking for at the best price and buying the car was smooth and stress free. Thank you
Wish I could give them a negative star. Their service department is very unorganized Todd, the service rep I was assigned for work on my Ford Fusion was inept and should be fired for his lack of ability to order parts needed for my cars service and his inability to follow up to notify me when the parts arrive. Multiple times I was told by Todd that he would place the order for the parts and call me when they come in and multiple times I would follow up ~2 weeks later to only have him not recall the part that I needed (as in ... read more
