5 stars for the sales department 0 stars for service. I made an appointment and was told that I would have my car back only to find out the day I am to pick it up was the first time they looked at it and now parts are needing to be ordered. It does not take 10 days to diagnose and fix a vehicle.
DO NOT BUY EVER!!!! Steve Curvy and Larry Elmery are the rudest people ever on the phone. Autonation lies, and doesn't honor their deals. DO NOT BUY.
The service and people overall are good. I am just not fond of being at the dealership over 3 hours waiting on an oil change and rotation. Other than that the experience was ok.

The sales team is great. The best in Houston. I have purchased five vehicles here and will continue to buy there. The Service Dept however needs a lot of work. Had a issue with my new truck they had it longer then they should have ( my opinion )but did a great job fixing the truck. If they could get the service Dept. on track this could be the best all around dealership in Houston.
Worst car buying experience EVER!!! Put a deposit on a new vehicle after hours of research and negotiation. They sold it before I could pick it up!! Not even an apology! I'm sorry goes a long way!!!
