Can we do negative start raining... the service department is horrible took the truck in two months ago because it was and starting they do what they can a diagnostic to find what could be causing the truck not to start they supposedly found the problem fixed it way pay as with any dealership repair a heavy price then two month later again truck is not starting an they are charging another diagnostic fee they “found the problem “ and it is something that happens overtime .... mmmmm then why didn’t you find this two months ag... read more
I purchased a car back in February 2018 and can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I have had since I moved to Texas. From the very beginning they were so kind to me and my uncle. Mr. Henry Leal was the sales person that day for us and I really appreciate his help and sincerity during the process. I would have given it 0 stars if that was allowed. I bought a $72,000 truck from them on a Wednesday. It was on a different lot and was to be brought to the dealer on Tuesday for late afternoon pick up. It did not happen I told them to have it there by 11:00 on Friday. That did not happen. Went to dealer at 2:00 to pick up truck. They said it was still en route. I talked with manager and he immediately went into .... we have 3 days to deliver your truck.
