Took my Mustang in to get serviced. Set an appointment up and was told it should be able to be done that day. As soon as they found an issue that would cause it to be 3 days, they called and notified me. They told what the issue was and explained the timing of what would take place. Heidi was excellent at keeping informed and updated throughout the process and they were able to get me a loaner car as soon as they realized they would have to keep it overnight for a few days. Everything got fixed and I had no issues!
Great team work. Bora was waiting out front with the keys when we arrived. Had us working with Jose in finance as soon as possible. The place was packed, but got us out quick. Thanks!
If you want to get screwed on a new car then go deal with mr Calvin Neal the Gm. They will not beat anybody’s price in the area and even promised to beat anybody’s when i called ip there. !!!!Best advice of all dont buy at autonation ford gulf freeway!!!!! Worst place to buy a car at. Cross them out off your list to shop at period!!!!
Bought a Truck from them and after detailing I got it home notice that front bumper was miss aligned and had a small dent. After emailing this to the Sales Manager he immediately called me had had me bring the truck in to get the problem corrected. After a very quick turn around not only was the truck fixed but they had also given me a spray-in bed liner for my troubles.... I call the great customer service.
