Found a car online, in the AM before they opened, reserved it with a 72 hour hold, was contacted via email by "Kim", set an appointment, came in for the appointment, "Kim" went looking for the car and come to find out it was sold out from under me, the Internet department does not keep rest of the dealership informed, I drove 1.5 hours for nothing!
In all my years of dealing with this location I have never had a bad experience until now, Wed 10-18 I took my F150 for an oil change, no different from any other time just this time they left my truck parked on the driveway an never called me to inform me that the truck was ready, I saw it parked but was confused why I wasn't called? I went to the cashier an my invoice was sitting on the counter incomplete, no one ever informed me that it was ready! Not only did they make me late for work, they also charged me full price!
Great staffs! Only one thing they took my car forever for oil change but it was understandable since it was in the afternoon. I think it’s the best if we show up early to get it done.
They did a leak test on my car, filled it full of water then parked it and let it mold. The worthless manager said they were not responsible because it was parked outside after the test was done and it may have rained. IF YOU DO A LEAK TEST ON A CAR AND FIND THE WINDOW IS LEAKING THEN PARK IT OUTSIDE IT IS STILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
I put a car on hold 3 days ago. THEY SOLD IT that day after I scheduled an appt to see this vehicle!!! Lying cheats!!!
Terrible experience from start to finish. Second experience and the Ford group there is a mess.
I loved dealing with Johnnie and Heather � they were amazing and very easy to talk to. Jose, the finance guy, was awesome as well. I will definitely recommend coming to this dealership. My fiance and I were looking for a new vehicle because mine flooded in Hurricane Harvey.
